Among them: Th. pseudonummularius t. false-coin, Th. сaucasicus t. Caucasian, Th. praecox t. an early variety of Pseudolanuginosus, a hybrid of Th. majkopensis × caucasica × marschallianus. The paper describes their distribution in nature, their chemical composition, and presents the results of morphometric parameters. According to the results of the research, it was noted that thyme can be recommended for widespread use as a spicy-aromatic raw material in medicine and cooking. Thymes are also highly decorative.
