Then I decided to study them better. After all, what will happen to me if I win the lottery and decide to buy myself a house in the capital? I came up with a legend about a "wealthy client" and went to the mansions and villas of Koncha-Zaspa. The findings were disappointing.

There are not many elite real estate in Kiev, on the websites of realtors you mostly come across the same objects. I chose about twenty houses (trying to stay closer to the classic style - this is the most common request) and two agencies that seemed to me friendly.

The first agency did not work right away. I called them to clarify the relevance of the ads, but the girl who responded only asked to drop the links to the options that interested me in the vibe. I selected seven spacious furnished houses and wanted to know when to see them.

As a result, with this agency, we looked at only one house (I must say, not bad). They refused to show the rest - during my business trip in Kiev there was a heavy snowfall and traffic jams.

The second agency became interested in me a little more, but even then the snowfall ruined everything. Due to traffic jams, the realtor was late for the inspection, and while I was waiting for her, the guard let me into the yard (I even managed to take some photos). It was a mistake: when Tatyana, a well-groomed blonde of about fifty, dressed in Moncler from head to toe, came and emerged from the Porsche, she almost ran up to me and hissed:

I was at a loss and babbled that this would not happen again, - Tatiana gave the impression of a very confident businesswoman.
